Interconnection of Distributed Generation (DG): Technical and Regulatory Aspects

The Clean Energy Solutions Center, in partnership with the 21st Century Power Partnership's Distributed Generation Campaign, will host a webinar titled, "Interconnection of Distributed Generation: Technical and Regulatory Aspects". The webinar presenters will address distributed generation (DG) interconnection processes and discuss approaches for mitigating impacts of distributed energy resources (DER).

Key topics covered will include the handling of large volumes of interconnection requests, interconnection of high penetrations of DG, and regulatory approaches for developing DG interconnection policies. Presenters will include representatives of U.S. utilities and public utility commissions and Latin American energy ministries that have extensive experience with DG interconnection. Presentations will be followed by an interactive question and answer session with the audience.
