New Fundamental Resources on Wind Energy, EVs, and Storage Now Available

Presentations on the fundamentals of wind energy, electric vehicles, and energy storage are now available in the Quick Reads and Trainings sections of the Grid Integration, EV, and Storage toolkits.

As part of an Energy Fundamentals Course hosted by the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in October 2022, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) developed and presented slides on the fundamentals of wind energy, EVs, and energy storage. Organized in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), this course was developed for postgraduates and working professionals in the energy sector or related industries in Bangladesh. While some of the content in the presentations is tailored to Bangladesh specifically, they are all intended to be a general primer on wind energy, EVs, and storage that can be utilized for similar purposes by other universities or organizations throughout the world.
