The Clean Power Hub: Supporting the People Driving the Global Clean Power Transition in the Age of COVID-19 and Beyond - ACEF 2020 Official Side Event
The first virtual Asia Clean Energy Forum will be held on June 15 – 19, 2020. As one of Asia’s leading clean energy events, ACEF connects diverse stakeholders from across Asia and the globe, facilitates knowledge sharing, and highlights the Asian Development Bank's groundbreaking work to scale up clean energy investment in the region.
This side-event will discuss new tools and approaches for knowledge-sharing, capacity building and technical assistance on clean power that are needed as the world learns to operate within this new post-COVID landscape. Now more than ever, power sector practitioners working to safely and reliably meet growing electricity needs with clean power need easy, efficient and practical access to the world’s best experts, resources and tools. The Clean Power Hub is a new effort to amplify and accelerate the human and institutional capacity needed to achieve global clean power goals. Propel is managing the Clean Power Hub effort with funding from the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation and ClimateWorks Foundation and with the support of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment at Imperial College London.
By participating in this session, you will join a global network of clean power professionals and gain first access to the Clean Power Hub when it launches later this year.
