Webinar - " India Modeling Spotlight: dGen India"
The Distributed Generation Market Demand (dGen) Model calculates the technical, economic, and adoption potential of rooftop and distributed solar photovoltaic (PV) resources. It has been used widely by policy makers and utility planners in the United States.
Through a partnership with the Indian Center for Study of Science Technology & Policy, NREL has developed a new version of the model to project PV customer adoption in India.
With dGen India, users can model various policy, incentive, and cost scenarios to analyze the impacts on project economics and consumer adoption.
In this webinar, you’ll learn the methodologies and data sources used by dGen, followed by preliminary results for India and details on future modeling efforts.
