This slide deck was developed for and presented at an Energy Fundamentals Course hosted by the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in October 2022. While some of the content in the slide deck is tailored to Bangladesh specifically, this presentation is intended to be a general primer on electric vehicles that can be utilized for similar purposes by other universities or organizations throughout the world.

Electric Vehicle Deployment Fundamentals for Southeast Asia

USAID and NREL, through the Advanced Energy Partnership for Asia, present a comprehensive set of video modules on the fundamentals of electric vehicle deployment, with specific attention paid to Southeast Asian contexts. Originally designed as in-person several all-day events in Southeast Asia, this series of webinars trained energy and transport stakeholders on demand modeling and forecasting best practices over the course of six weeks.
